We are currently looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator to support the Project Managers and the Project Teams working on a diverse range of projects including Water, Transport and Manufacturing to name a few. Project Coordinators are accountable for successfully and competently supporting the completion of assigned projects, ensuring the project's objectives are achieved, completed on time and within budget.
In this role you will:
- Provide support to ensure timely project performance and compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Coordinate the project financials in line with company and contract requirements including project set up, cost control, reporting and documentation management.
- You will work with the Project Managers to manage customer relationships for the projects they are assigned, ensuring a continued relationship with SAGE.
Skills & Experience:
- You will ideally have a Cert. IV or Diploma in Project Management and have proven experience in similar project-based roles within engineering, automation or similar industry sectors.
- You will have a strong understanding of project tracking and control including budgets, scheduling, claims, WHS and compliance.
- You will have exceptional attention to detail when it comes to project administration with the ability to multitask to meet key project deadlines and deliver clear concise communications effectively, both written and verbal, at all times.
