Exceptional opportunity for a Construction Supervisor with electrical installation experience, to support our teams working on large complex transport projects across Melbourne.

The Construction Supervisor will provide direction and control for construction activities on Intelligent Transport System (ITS) projects under their remit and ensure SAGE employees and contractors achieve project objectives whilst adhering to highest safety standard set by the business and client.

In this role you will:

• Coordinate the day-to-day site activities to ensure ITS project milestones are met.

• Ensure compliance to project and statutory requirements, standards, and codes.

• Coordinate the placement and logistics of material, plant, and equipment required for site works.

• Provide progress reports, highlighting any delays, issues, or incidents.

• Review and input to HSEQ documentation and design.

• Monitor and report on employee and contractor performance, providing advice and direction to ensure performance objectives are met.

Skills & Experience:

• “A Grade” Electrical Licence (VIC) is essential.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related trade/field.

• Minimum 2 years site supervisory experience within transport infrastructure or ITS.

• Proven experience of electrical installation and construction methodologies.

• Previous experience supporting Tier 1 transport projects will be highly regarded.
