Automation Technician
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Automation Technician with experience in automation and control systems to join our Service team based in Kalgoorlie (not FIFO).

Position Summary:
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Automation Technician to join the Service team based in Kalgoorlie (not FIFO). You will have background in working on industrial control systems, a keen interest for continuous learning and ability to produce safe, reliable and maintainable PLC and SCADA systems to meet client's requirements across a diverse range of industries.
This is a permanent full-time role for an licensed electrician (WA). You will be experienced in troubleshooting using online PLC and SCADA tools across some of the major platforms including Rockwell, Siemens and Schneider.
In this role, you will:
Provide field service and breakdown support.
Manage preventative, corrective and scheduled maintenance.
Complete electrical installation works and support the commissioning of projects.
Accurately manage job documentation including reporting and invoicing.
Provide the highest level of customer service and quality work at all times.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and risk management.
Skills and experience:
Must have industrial electrical experience.
PLC programming (ideally in Rockwell, Siemens and Schneider) and HMI/SCADA Programming (ideally in Citect, FactoryTalk or WinCC)
Electrical installation and commissioning experience.
Must have availability to participate in a rotating after hours on-call roster.
Australian drivers licence and unrestricted Electrical Licence (WA) is essential.
Must hold current unrestricted Australian Work Rights.
