Senior Control Systems Engineer

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking applications from experienced Senior Control Systems Engineers to join our team to support the delivery of projects in Darwin. Working on the very latest technology, you will be responsible for design, integration, programming and commissioning of digital and analogue control systems.
In this role you will:
Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions. Understand and develop results that meet the customer’s real needs. Deliver technical solutions that meet the scope of the project and support the strategic development for the business.
Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience in the design and development of automated or process control systems
Experience in electrical design, code development and programming on Rockwell/Siemens/Schneider PLCs, and various HMI/SCADA (Ignition/Citect SCADA/Clear SCADA) systems.
Experience in OT systems & Cyber Security Standards & Implementation practices desirable.
Experience commissioning electrical control systems and motion control applications i.e. variable frequency and/or servo drives.
Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Relevant Engineering degree and project experience.
Experience working in the Manufacturing, Food & Beverage or Water/Bulk Water Sectors is an advantage.
You must be an Australian Citizen & Defence Clearance is desirable.
You must obtain an Australian drivers license.
